At the centre of the madness stands a sinister skeletal jester, dressed in a tattered pink-and-green costume, wearing a crooked crown and sporting a grin that promises nothing good.
 
Behind him, gothic circus tents rise beneath a dark sky, while skulls, playing cards and sinister decorations surround the scene.
 
Two battered circus signs offer a warning to anyone brave enough to enter:

Above the artwork, jagged toxic-pink Public Hazard™ lettering announces the arrival of the circus, while LAUGH AT RUIN tears across the bottom in vivid pink and green.
