Dressed in dark, battle-worn clothing and clutching an elaborate skull-topped staff, this creature looks ready to raise hell rather than run from it.
 
Toxic-green lettering tears across the artwork, with Public Hazard™ dominating the top and HOWL THROUGH MAYHEM delivering the final warning beneath.
